Main Rooms

Guests are welcome to enjoy the amenities in our main rooms.


Our dining room can comfortably seat six, where guests can enjoy meals or play board games (which can be found in the blue floral cabinet), and leads right into the lounge. The lounge is outfitted with a fireplace and ample comfortable seating—making it the perfect place to warm yourself on a cold day, relax, and read a book with a hot drink. The kitchenette has a microwave, kettle, and coffeemaker, where guests are welcome to treat themselves to coffee, tea, and cold beverages.

In the private side garden, there is an outdoor seating area underneath a wisteria-covered pergola.

Upstairs, guests will find the living room, equipped with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and great literature. Here, guests may utilize the mini fridge and treat themselves to a delicious, hot cup of Keurig coffee.

Booking Policies

Terms & Conditions

  • Check in is at 3:00pm on your arrival date. Check out is 11:00am on your departure date. For early check in or late check out, please contact Jodie.

  • The reservation will be held until 11:59pm on your arrival date. 

  • Rates are subject to 13% HST.

  • Children under 6 years of age are exempt from the additional cost typically applied to rooms. Please include children over 6 in the number of adults. Please be advised we do not carry any childcare accessories (ex: cribs) at this point.

  • Final accounts settlement is due at check out. Acceptable payment methods include: credit, debit, or cash.

  • There is absolutely no smoking permitted in the building. Guests who smoke in the building will be evicted.

  • Extra cots are available in select rooms. Please request one at time of booking. 

  • Quiet time is from 10:00pm to 7:00am every night. Should guests violate quiet time, we will no longer be able to accommodate them. 

  • Should you wish to extend your stay after checking in, the best available rate will be applied. Should your room be reserved by another guest on the days you wish to extend your stay, you may be moved to an available room of comparable value.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

As we are a small business, late cancellations and no-shows really affect our business. Hence, our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • If you cancel with fewer than 48-hours notice, we will be unable to provide you with a refund.

  • In case of a no-show, we will apply a cancellation fee of 100% of the reservation value.

  • In case of early departure, the cost of all remaining nights will be charged, unless there were extenuating circumstances.

Deposit & Cancellation

  • Reservations for which we do not receive either a valid credit card or notification of payment will be automatically cancelled within 5 days.

  • If you cancel with more than 48-hours notice, we will fully refund your deposit, minus a $15 administration fee.

COVID-19 Cancellation Policy

  • In the case that government regulations related to COVID-19 force you to cancel your reservation, we will reimburse you 100%. Your safety and the safety of our staff is our top priority.

Pet Friendly

  • Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

  • Pets cannot be left unattended in guest rooms. If you require pet sitting, please contact Jodie for dog daycare recommendations. 

  • A damage deposit of $60.00 is required for each pet being brought to the premises, which will be returned upon check out, should no damage be found in your room.

  • Should your pet disturb other guests, we will no longer be able to accommodate you. 

  • The maximum number of pets permitted per room is 2.
